PIFM Courtesy Visit to SIRIM QAS International
On 15th November 2024, a delegation from PIFM, led by President Mr. Lee Han Koon, Vice President Mr. Fong Kok Leong, Committee Member Mr. Joe Lam, and Auditor Mr. Kong Kok Meng, paid a courtesy visit to the SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. Headquarters in Shah Alam.
This visit marked the 1-year anniversary of the MOU signing between both institutions and aimed to foster deeper ties for closer collaboration in the coming year.
The visit included a productive technical discussion with the Product Certification and Inspection Department, chaired by Senior General Manager Hjh. Fauziah binti Fadzil. Key topics included the challenges and obstacles faced following the enforcement of MS832 and MS1017, and potential solutions to address these issues effectively.
